Shipping and returns

Products purchased are normally delivered in Italy within 4 working days from the order date and 7 working days for all the other destinations. Deliveries may incur in slight delays during holidays and couriers do not deliver on public holidays or weekends. All the shipments to EU countries are complementary. 

It is possible to return or exchange any item ordered within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns shipping costs are not complimentary (see the Return and Exchange section for all the conditions and instructions).
