Shipping
Products purchased are delivered with express currier in Italy within 4 working days from the order
date and 7 working days for all the other destinations. Deliveries may incur in slight delays during
holidays and couriers do not deliver on public holidays or weekends. All the shipments to EU
countries are complementary.

Return and exchange
The customer shall have the right to return or exchange an item purchased within 14 (fourteen) days
starting from the day the item was delivered - promptly notifying Asciari at shop@asciari.com
within this deadline the intention of returning the item specifying the reason for that.
The item should be:
in the same pristine conditions it was when received (so it should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged);
• completed with all the identification tags (along with any present accessory) that should still be attached to the product;
• returned in its original packaging.
Upon completing the requirements of the previous paragraph above, the customer will receive an e- mail from Asciari, containing the returning label and the shipping documents to be included and attached to the package, along with the instructions on how to return the product. The customer should book with the express currier indicated by Asciari the picking-up of the package when that is ready to be shipped.
Returns' shipping costs are due by the customer - for extra-EU countries returns also taxes and custom duties potentially applicable are the customers responsibility as well (hereinafter, collectively indicated as "Total Return Cost").
Asciari will:
• refund the price of the product in full - detracting the above Total Return Cost from the amount due - once the product has been received and checked in our warehouse;
• reserve the right not to accept returns that have not been communicated or shipped within the returns time limit or, if they are not in the same condition in which they were delivered to the customer. In addition, the customer will be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good. Therefore, if the returned item is found to be damaged (for instance showing signs of wear, abrasion, nicks, scratches, deformation, etc.), not complete with all parts and accessories (including unaltered labels still attached to the product), the original packaging, if any, the customer shall be accountable for the decreased value of the product, and be entitled to receive a refund equal to the residual value of the product.
